TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

Friday January 2, 2009

- 5pm- 9pm: Packet pick up at the host hotel, The Haceinda Hotel and Casino in Boulder City. Packet pick up will be in the banquet room downstairs, just off to the left when entering thru the main entrance.

Race morning (Saturday January 3, 2009)

 ** Drop bags for 50 mile ultrarunners can be dropped off race morning at check in. Bags must be labeled with your name.

• 5am- 5:45am: 50 Mile Ultramarathon Runners check in
• 5:45- 5:55am: Brief talk from the race director
• 6am: Start of the 50 mile run
• 7am- 7:45am: Marathon Runners check in
• 7:45am- 7:55am: Brief talk from the race director
• 8am: Start of the Marathon
• 7:30am- 8:15am: 1/2 Marathon Runners check in
• 8:15am- 8:25am: Brief talk from the race director
• 8:30am: Start of the 1/2 Marathon
• 7:30am- 8:30am: 10K and 5K Runners check in.
• 8:45am: Start of the 5K
• 8:50am: Start of the 10K
• 7pm: Course officially closes

Finish line refreshments will be available. Awards will be handed out in the finish line area either as runners are coming in or at a specified time TBD.
