AID STATIONS

Aid Stations will be located every 1.0- 1.5 miles. Aid Stations will be stocked with water and electrolyte replacement drink (likely Hammer HEED). Fluids will be available in cups, though the aid stations will be happy to refill your own water bottle as well should you chose to carry one.

Finish line food will be available.
